Meet the Founders
30+ Years of Clinical and Compliance Expertise — In One Team
ABA Compliance Solutions was founded by two credentialed behavior analysts and healthcare compliance specialists who have led compliance programmes inside real ABA organisations. They don't advise from the outside — they've been in the room where it happens.
Michael A. Fabrizio
Michael is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with five additional healthcare compliance certifications. He has worked as a behavior analyst for over 30 years, serving in clinical, administrative, quality assurance, and compliance leadership positions across multiple agencies.
He has presented more than 100 papers on clinical and compliance topics, published in peer-reviewed journals. Michael also served as an adjunct professor of behavior analysis for ten years at the University of North Texas and for five years at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Michael specialises in privacy and security requirements; billing, coding, and clinical documentation; auditing; and conducting and documenting compliance investigations.
Rose Feddock
Rose is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist with the Certified in Healthcare Compliance® credential. She brings over 25 years of experience in behavior analysis and community mental health, and over 10 years in healthcare compliance across clinical, administrative, and compliance roles.
Rose served as Compliance Coordinator and Director of Standards for the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, leading the committee that developed industry-wide standards for high-quality ABA service delivery. She has also served on ethics committees, helping clinicians navigate complex ethical dilemmas with practical guidance.
Rose specialises in policy and procedure development; clinical documentation; auditing and monitoring systems; and responding to compliance-related incidents including investigation and documentation.
